Accounts Receivable Coordinator
A company in Piedmont is seeking a hard working Accounts Receivable & Operations Coordinator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have several years of AR experience, be proficient with Microsoft Excel and possess strong communication and customer service skills.ResponsibilitiesProcessing customer invoices and paymentsMonitoring accounts to identify outstanding balancesFollowing up on past-due accounts and resolving payment discrepanciesPosting payments and maintaining accurate financial recordsAssisting with reporting and reconciliation tasksProcessing customer orders accurately and efficientlyCoordinating order details with internal teams and vendorsCommunicating with customers regarding order status, issues, and inquiriesSupporting general administrative and operational tasks as neededQualificationsAssociate’s degree in Accounting, Business, or related field preferred 1–3 years of experience in accounts receivable, administrative, or customer service roles (preferred but not required) Experience with accounting software (NetSuite or similar) is a plus Strong organizational and time management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer skills Ability to communicate professionally with customers and team members Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a teamCompensation and Benefits:$55,000 - $60,000/yrMedical, Dental, VisionPTO
