Blended Berry Team Member Our Team member’s are fun, laid back people who enjoy working with food in a fast paced open environment. Every employee should embody The Blended Berry standards: Good Vibes Only, Customer service, Initiative, Work Efficiently, Cleaning & Sanitation. The team member should be knowledgeable on all of The Blended Berry’s products and offerings in order to communicate clearly to customers, giving them the ultimate customer service experience! Ideal candidates should expect a mix of customer service and food preparation. This position provides the Good Vibes our customers love while performing the following duties: Team Member duties include: Greeting guests Taking orders/executing orders Execute proper portion control with all ingredients/recipes Comfortably giving recommendations Blending, and preparing bowls for presentation Topping toasts and oatmeal bowls Preparing juices and smoothies per recipe cards Prepping fruit Maintaining floor cleanliness/clean and sanitize equipment and work areas to The Blended Berry standards Open and close store per manager instructions Stock supplies on an ongoing basis Dishwashing of pitchers, utensils, fruit bins, etc. Team Member Requirements Excellent customer service Great communication skills Team player A positive attitude Work well under pressure/sense of urgency Flexible schedule Basic math skills/cash handling ability Ability to handle minimal physical labor/ability to lift upwards of 40 LBS Able to handle extended periods of standing Adaptable and work well as a team Ability to multi-task Previous restaurant or customer service work experience is a plus Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $22.25 - $26.25 per hour Expected hours: 12 – 40 per week Benefits: Employee discount Flexible schedule Shift: 4 hour shift 8 hour shift Day shift Morning shift Application Question(s): About how many days or hours are you looking to work?
