Restaurant Host/Hostess

Peach's on 47th is looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Host/Server to join our vibrant team! We pride ourselves on providing an exceptional dining experience during breakfast and lunch, and we're seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, works well with a team, and is dedicated to outstanding customer service. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and seat guests promptly and with a warm smile. - Manage large reservations efficiently and accurately. - Take and process orders while answering questions about the menu and specials. - Ensure all table wait times are communicated accurately to guests. - Collaborate with kitchen staff and fellow team members to maintain a smooth service flow. - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and all front of house stations. - Address guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and care. - Assist with opening and closing duties as necessary. Qualifications: - Previous experience as a host/server in a fast-paced restaurant environment. - Strong teamwork and communication skills. - Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a positive attitude. - Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on guest satisfaction. - Flexibility to work weekends and holidays is mandatory. - Knowledge of food and beverage offerings is a plus.
