Pricing Specialist (Bilingual English/Korean)Euless, TXResponsibilitiesSource and compile motor carrier pricing data to support accurate rate development.Aggregate and maintain comprehensive pricing data for internal analysis and external use.Provide daily and weekly reports on pricing activity and progress.Report customer pricing status on a weekly basis, highlighting key updates and variances.Identify and monitor customer issues or complaints related to individual shipments and account-level trends.Build and maintain strong client relationships while identifying opportunities for new business development.Ensure compliance with all internal and external reporting requirements related to pricing and customer accounts.Continuously develop knowledge of the supply chain industry, including market trends, rate structures, transportation modes, equipment types, and other relevant logistics factors.QualificationsMinimum of 2 years of work experience in the logistics preferred.Outstanding attention to detail.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to multitask, work within time constraints, and perform under pressure.Advanced computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.Available to work overtime during peak times.Fluent communication skills in both Korean and English (or Chinese).Benefits (Full-Time Only)Health, Dental, and Vision PPO InsuranceLife, STD, LTD Insurance401(K) Plan14 Paid HolidaysPaid Time Off (Starting 12 days/year)Additional Paid time off (Bereavement, Wedding, Birth of a Child, etc.)Years of Service AwardsEducation program (Based on Eligibility)
