The Program Manager will oversee end-to-end project execution, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with client expectations. Responsibilities include coordinating efforts across cross-functional teams, managing project scope, timeline, and budget, and addressing potential challenges or risks. The Program Manager will also act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, fostering clear communication and efficient collaboration.QualificationsStrong project management skills, including planning, execution, and risk managementProficiency in client communication, negotiation, and stakeholder managementExperience with process optimization and cross-functional team coordinationProven ability to analyze project data and generate insightful reportsAdaptability to work effectively in a hybrid model: both onsite in Plainville, MA, and remotelyFamiliarity with manufacturing processes, particularly in PCB design and production, is preferredBachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)
