This role will focus on developing, testing, and optimizing lubricant formulations, fuel additives, and automotive chemical products.The R&D Chemist will lead laboratory experiments, analyze formulation performance, and support the scale-up of new products from research through production. The role requires strong expertise in lubricant chemistry, additive technologies, and laboratory testing methodologies.This position will collaborate closely with laboratory technicians, quality assurance teams, and product development leadership to drive innovation and ensure that new products meet industry standards, regulatory requirements, and performance expectations.
