Project Manager - Sign Manufacturing

Thomas Sign & Awning, an award-winning National Sign Company in Clearwater, FL designs, manufactures and installs illuminated and non-illuminated signage. Thomas Sign is searching for an organized Individual to join our expanding Project Management team. The Project Manager is responsible for supporting sales on multiple sign projects, from the initial customer contact to the final installation.JOB DESCRIPTIONProvides support to sales on multi-location projects. Manages projects from sale through completed installations. Communicates with customers and responds to inquiries or complaints regarding both products and services. Responsible for tracking the status of projects and communicating with both customers and internal personnel. Serves as the interface with subcontract installers and service providers in remote locations.When problems occur, coordinates resolution with appropriate departments and follows up, either verbally or in writing, to ensure customer satisfaction. Informs customers of standard procedures and status of problem solving as necessary. Knowledgeable of company policies, procedures, practices, products, and services.
