Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. The RBT will work under the supervision of a BCBA to implement treatment plans, collect data, and support children in achieving their developmental and behavioral goals.
Schedule & Hours
Monday – Friday
8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
30 hours per week
Responsibilities
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in school and community settings.
Implement individualized treatment plans as directed by a supervising BCBA.
Collect accurate and timely data on client progress.
Follow behavior intervention plans with fidelity.
Collaborate with supervisors, parents, and school staff to promote skill generalization.
Maintain professional conduct, communication, and confidentiality.
Requirements
Active RBT certification through the BACB.
Must speak and read English fluently.
Must hold a valid Broward County School Badge (or ability to obtain before hire).
Medicaid provider enrollment preferred (not required).
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to follow structured treatment plans.
Reliable, punctual, and dedicated to improving children’s quality of life.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
Previous work in school-based settings.
