Job Description About the RoleWe're hiring a Commercial HVAC Planned Maintenance Manager to grow and manage our recurring service agreement portfolio. What You'll DoSell and manage commercial HVAC maintenance agreements (PM contracts)Perform site walkthroughs and system evaluationsBuild relationships with facility managers, property managers, and business ownersRenew and expand existing service contractsPartner with service/dispatch teams to ensure excellent executionIdentify upsell opportunities (repairs, upgrades, replacements)Track performance metrics: revenue growth, retention, marginsPrepare proposals, pricing, and contract documentation What We're Looking For5+ years in HVAC service, maintenance sales, or commercial account managementStrong understanding of commercial HVAC systems (RTUs, chillers, split systems, etc.)Proven ability to close deals and grow accountsStrong communication and relationship-building skillsOrganized, self-motivated, and results-drivenCRM or field service software experienceValid driver's license CompensationBase Salary: $65,000 – $70,000Bonus incentives for contract growth and retention BenefitsMonthly vehicle allowanceCompany Gas CardHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k)Employee OwnedPaid time off + holidaysOngoing training and career advancement
