We provide quality resources in four specialty areas: Information Technology (IT), Clinical Research, Rehabilitation Therapy, and Nursing.Job DescriptionThe Associate, Contract Management position provides analytical and administrative support for offer development, contract provisions, terms and conditions review, implementation, and management for CSS U.S. customer-facing teams. Responsibilities include sales contracts, RFIs/RFPs, pricing requests, promotions, data management, and policy development.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the preparation of sales contracts for GPOs, IDNs, hospitals, and government, including amendments.Review and execute RFIs and RFPs for GPOs, IDNs, hospitals, and government.Process completed purchase agreements, including capital, capital promotions, and service.Provide administrative support for discretionary tier pricing strategy, including analysis, price integrity, implementation, and customer communication.Meet with field sales associates, sales management, legal department, and others as needed.Receive and process sales contracts, coordinate with JJHCS for order processing.Support administrative processes for contract compliance as required in contract terms and conditions.Provide reports and information to field sales associates, sales management, and others as requested.Assist in product and marketing program launches.Communicate business-related issues or opportunities to the next management level.Ensure adherence to Company guidelines related to health, safety, and environmental practices.Maintain compliance with all federal, state, local, and company regulations, policies, and procedures.Perform other duties as assigned.Provide training on contracts, pricing, compliance, and administrative processes as needed.Required Education and ExperienceBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Sales Marketing, Contracting or related field.2+ years of progressive experience in contracting, sales marketing, or finance management, preferably in the medical device industry or an FDA regulated industry.Demonstrated ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales/customer-focused environment.Required Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesExcellent written, oral, and presentation skills; advanced proficiency in Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.Strong analytical skills; advanced proficiency in Excel.Proven leadership skills.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Ability to work in a team environment.Ability to manage conflicting priorities and meet deadlines.Ability to present detailed data clearly and concisely.Strong organizational skills and ability to manage complexity.Expertise in contracting business processes.Excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills.Additional Position RequirementsWork environment is a normal office setting.Domestic travel estimated at less than 20%.Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Regularly required to talk, listen, sit, and stand.Must be able to lift or move up to 25 pounds.Must have the ability to operate a phone, computer, and fax machine.External and Internal InteractionsRoutine interaction with customers of the company and other business-related contacts external to the company.CSS U.S. customer-facing teams (field sales, marketing, tech services).Other internal departments such as finance, legal, HCC, GCC.EEO StatementIntegrated Resources, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
