Senior Merchandiser Miami, FL (Onsite) $100K–$110K ✈️ Relocation Available About the Role We are seeking a highly adaptable and hands-on Senior Merchandiser (or Merchandiser) to join a growing team in Miami. This is an entrepreneurial, fast-paced role where you will take ownership of multiple brands from concept through final delivery. You’ll play a critical role in supporting the merchandising team during a key transition period, stepping in as a “plug-and-play” contributor who can quickly learn the business and drive impact. What You’ll Do Own and manage assigned product lines from inception through delivery Lead and contribute to line planning and line reviews Develop and manage pricing strategies and cost structures Partner with sourcing teams to negotiate costs and timelines Create and maintain pricing sheets and merchandising tools Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, QC, and other teams Attend customer meetings and support sales presentations Present product lines to internal stakeholders and external partners/licensees Ensure product is delivered on time and meets quality standards What We’re Looking For Must-Have: 5+ years of experience in Merchandising, Buying, or Product Development Strong experience with retail math and pricing Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, data manipulation) Excellent presentation and communication skills Ability to work independently and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Merchandising, or Design (or equivalent experience) Experience working with or alongside private label products What Makes This Role Unique True ownership of your business—this role is highly autonomous Exposure to multiple well-known brands in the sports apparel space High visibility with senior leadership and external partners A dynamic, entrepreneurial environment where adaptability is key
