Field Clerk (Maui)

SSMF's Maui Office Is Seeking A CM Field ClerkUnder the direct supervision of the CM Manager, the Field Clerk will provide general construction clerical support to the Construction Management (CM) team for a specific project. The role may vary slightly depending on the project and work location. Key ResponsibilitiesPerform general clerical and administrative duties to support the CM team. Assist with document management, including filing, organizing, and maintaining project records. Support the team in tracking project schedules, budgets, and deliverables. Communicate effectively with team members, contractors, and stakeholders. Ensure compliance with administrative office procedures and project requirements. Desired CompetenciesAdministrative Skills:Proven ability to handle clerical tasks with attention to detail. Customer Service:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with team members and external stakeholders. Time Management:Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Technical Proficiency:Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.). Self-Starter:Motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred QualificationsPrior experience in an engineering, construction, or administrative environment is a plus. Familiarity with construction management processes and terminology is desirable.
