Job Title: School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Location: Sumner, WA Position Type: Full-Time Contract Duration: 2026-2027 School Year Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and collaborative Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support students in the Sumner, WA area for the 2026-2027 school year. This full-time, school-based role focuses on helping students improve communication skills essential for academic achievement and social development. Key Responsibilities:Provide speech and language therapy services in accordance with IEP goalsConduct comprehensive evaluations and assessmentsDevelop and implement individualized treatment plansCollaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teamsParticipate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal developmentMaintain accurate documentation and compliance with state and federal guidelinesSupport students with a variety of communication disorders, including articulation, language, fluency, and pragmatics Qualifications:Master's degree in Speech-Language PathologyActive Washington SLP license (or ability to obtain prior to start date)Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferredSchool-based or pediatric experience preferredStrong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills Schedule & Benefits:Full-time schedule following the academic calendarWeekly payHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k) or retirement plan options How to Apply: Apply below or reach out to me directly!
