Druco Restaurants, a proud franchisee of Freddy’s Frozen Custard and Steakburgers, is bringing the Freddy’s experience to Rolla, MO! We are looking for Cold Line Team Members to join our team. About the Role We are looking for qualified and responsible team members to provide excellent guest service in any position they serve in. We are a hospitality-driven concept that invests in people! Our team members must be able to interact with guests in a friendly manner and assist in any way possible to create the best experience, by delivering a quality product and a fun atmosphere. Key Responsibilities Greet guests when entering and leaving the premises Manage transactions using a cash register Accept payments and provide receipts Maintain cleanliness of floors, counters, tables, seating areas and restrooms Prepare workstations, cooking ingredients and kitchen equipment Maintaining a sanitized and well-organized kitchen Required Skills: Strong communication and multitasking skills Ability to resolve complaints with a positive attitude Basic computer knowledge Detail oriented Desire to learn and follow recipes and sanitation procedures Physical Requirements Availability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights and weekends Ability to stand or walk for up to a 10-hour shift and lift 40 lbs.
