Information Technology Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams responsible for delivering complex technology-driven security initiatives. This role oversees the end-to-end execution of projects involving integrated systems across software, hardware, and infrastructure components.Core ResponsibilitiesLead full project lifecycle delivery, from initial planning through execution and close-outCoordinate activities across multidisciplinary teams, including engineering, integration, and technical specialistsEstablish and manage project plans, including schedules, milestones, resource allocation, and budget trackingServe as a central communication hub for stakeholders, ensuring transparency around progress, risks, and changesFacilitate team alignment through regular meetings, status reporting, and documentation of key decisions and actionsTrack project performance and proactively address risks, delays, or resource constraintsOversee financial performance, including budget forecasting, cost control, and overall profitabilityManage multiple concurrent engagements with varying scopes, delivery timelines, and contractual structuresSupport scope management efforts, including evaluating and incorporating project changes or enhancementsPartner with internal stakeholders on pricing, budgeting, and contract-related considerationsEnsure adherence to internal project governance standards and industry best practicesAct as a primary liaison between internal teams, external partners, and customer stakeholdersContribute to solution delivery efforts, including implementation coordination and deployment activitiesQualificationsRequiredBachelor’s degree in a related field5+ years of experience managing technical or systems-based projectsDemonstrated ability to lead initiatives involving multiple stakeholders across internal and external teamsFamiliarity with standard project management frameworks and delivery methodologiesExperience working in environments that combine software, hardware, or integrated system componentsStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities independentlyEffective communicator with strong problem-solving capabilities
