GardaWorld Security Services is looking for Security Officers to fulfill different assignments for our clients.Job DescriptionJob Responsibilities specific to this client site include, but are not limited to:Have largely open availabilityProvides the opportunity for regular overtimeRespond to the Branch Office or designee within a reasonable time frame when contacted for support requests.Provide a high standard of customer service through professional and courteous inter-action with all customers (external/internal), visitors, contractors and management.Have transportation to get to a variety of job sites across DFWProvide a high standard of customer service through professional and courteous inter-action with all customers (external/internal) visitors, contractors and management.General Security Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited ToProvide excellent customer service to our clientsObserve, survey, and report activities at the assigned siteRespond quickly to critical situationsAbility to read and write detailed reportsEnforce client procedures, regulations, and standardsQUALIFICATIONSQualifications specific to this client site include, but are not limited to:A valid Driver's LicensePrevious experience in high end security preferred.Customer Service experience or hospitality experience is recommended Computer SavvyPrevious experience in Customer Service Call or Hospitality highly preferred.Must be 21 years of age Ability to pass an extensive motor vehicle check 1 year of relatable experience such as security, military, corrections, etc.General Qualifications to work in physical security at Garda World include:Possess at least a high school education or equivalent (GED)Pass an extensive screening processLicense # B07179
