Job Purpose: The Office & Administrative Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for the organization, supporting day-to-day office operations while providing administrative assistance to Human Resources, Business Development, and leadership. This role is ideal for a proactive and organized professional who enjoys a mix of front desk responsibilities and administrative coordination in a collaborative office environment.Responsibilities:Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming office environmentAnswer and route incoming calls, take messages, and respond to general inquiriesReceive, distribute, and track incoming and outgoing mail and packagesCoordinate meeting logistics, including confirming conference venues and basic setupAssist with planning office lunches and small team eventsProvide general administrative support across HR, Business Development, and leadership teamsAssist with document formatting, data entry, and basic research tasksSupport internal communications and office coordination effortsAssist with logistics for conferences and company events, including tracking orders and materialsAssist with updating employee information in systems such as Paylocity and UnanetMaintain organized electronic personnel filesHelp maintain office organization, including supply inventory and kitchen stockCoordinate with building management and vendors to ensure office upkeep (e.g., carpet cleaning, fire extinguisher inspections, general maintenance)Assist with tracking office-related requests and ensuring timely follow-upOther duties as assignedEducation and Experience:2-4+ years of experience in an administrative or office support roleStrong organizational and multitasking skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Experience with HR systems (e.g., Paylocity, Unanet) is a plus, not requiredStrong communication and customer service skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Strativia understands that our staff is our number one asset.
