Senior Corporate Accountant - Big 4 experience

Job DescriptionThe role of the Senior Accountant is to review and prepare the overall accounting activities related to the production of accurate U.S. GAAP financial statements by both legal entity and business segment.This includes working with the Corporate Office in the preparation of related footnotes on a quarterly and annual basis and performing varied accounting and analysis activities on a complex nature.The Accountant will research technical guidance and review with management to help ensure internal controls and timeliness in financial reporting.This position will identify value-added opportunities to better serve the business, including identifying opportunities and making recommendations for overall individual performance improvement.Responsibilities Review and prepare the operations of the general ledger activities related to the corporate departments (e.g., Legal, HR, Tax, etc.) Review and prepare monthly account reconciliation for all corporate legal entitiesSupport internal and external audit of financial processes and statementsReview and prepare the reconciliation of intercompany accounts across the organizationEnsure all activities on the monthly closing checklist are completed in a timely mannerAssist with the accumulation of data for quarterly and annually reported footnotesSpecial project as assigned (e.g., research newly issued Accounting Standards, assisting with the enhancements/updates of the Oracle system, ad hoc analysis, other financial system upgrades, etc.)Other ad-hoc corporate responsibilities (i.e., Census reporting, Indirect taxes, etc.)Required Skills And ExperienceBachelor’s in accounting, finance, or related field2-3 years of Public Accounting experience requiredEnterprise level Accounting required (large Corporate level transactions)Internal and External reporting (including cash flow statement), Intercompany and Equity accounting, and understanding the complexities related to technical, operations, and revenue accountingStrong analytical skills and ability to manipulate large amounts of dataKnowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley Act and the ability to maintain related internal controlsExcellent communication and relations building skills and the ability to proactively work in teams with a high attention to detail and ability to prioritize and balance work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment with high level of responsibility and ownershipProficiency in Microsoft Excel, and working knowledge of financial systems, statements, and reportsCompany DescriptionIntegrity Resources was formed in 2010 as a result of years of staffing experience combined with the need for a better industry model.
