"Everyday Benefits" Program to include insurance coverage (pet, life, auto, home/property) and employee discounts on goods and services Employee Referral Bonus Program Wine and Culinary Education Career Growth Flight Plan Milestones Recognition Program What You'll Do Assists in covering Manager shifts on the schedule and fill gaps as needed Works Team Member positions as scheduled, filling critical roles on the hourly schedule Supports the execution of systems, methods and procedures in all areas of the restaurant as needed Proficient in all Kitchen team member positions including expectations of each position Personally, adheres to Cooper's Hawk policies and implements standards Assists in finding replacements to call offs as necessary Monitor and coach Kitchen Team Members on culinary execution for dish, prep and line stations Supports the achievement of Guest experience productivity goals Maintains a safe and healthy work environment and upholds food safety standards Supports Line Checks, creation of prep list and inventory management Accountable for depth of knowledge in food preparation, recipe adherence, and quality Monitors food waste and identifies practical solutions Checking in Team Members and alerts Manager regarding any Team Member not meeting shift readiness criteria Checks out Team Members, ensures their areas are clean and ready for the next shift Supervising the Kitchen under Management direction and guidance Assisting in the completion of Manager Checklists Implementing Kitchen sanitation standards and Cooper's Hawk cleaning procedures Accepting and checking in deliveries following Cooper's Hawk guidelines Monitoring progress of culinary prep; validating recipe compliance Knowledgeable and able to support Wine Club and Private Events Provide temporary position support, if needed What You'll Need Must be at least 21 years of age Area Director approval High School Diploma Qualified in at least a minimum of 2 stations Must be employed for a minimum of 9 months All legal local and Cooper's Hawk certifications are current OJT experience is preferred Cooper's Hawk reviews several factors when establishing compensation.
