Store Manager

Job Title: Store Manager – ShopConsciously Job Description: We are seeking an organized, socially driven, and computer-savvy Store Manager to join our ShopConsciously team! Our store is committed to sustainability, offering handmade women's accessories and gifts that are upcycled and directly benefit African women artisans. This is an incredible ground-floor opportunity to grow with a brand that has been online for 5 years and now has two pop-up locations in California. As Store Manager, you will: Manage daily store operations, ensuring excellent customer service and smooth in-store experiences. Lead and mentor a small team, with one immediate team member and more hires planned as we grow. Host two in-store events per month to engage the community, drive traffic, and promote our mission. Identify and pursue local and online collaborations to help build the brand's presence and reach. Develop creative strategies to increase store revenue, with commission opportunities for hitting store targets. Handle keyholder responsibilities, ensuring trust and accountability in managing store operations. Key Skills: Proven organizational and leadership abilities. Passion for sustainability and ethical fashion, with an understanding of our mission to uplift African artisans. Strong computer skills and ability to manage inventory, POS systems, and social media. Excellent communication and networking skills to create meaningful collaborations and host events. Entrepreneurial mindset, eager to contribute to the growth of the store and the brand. Details: Pay: $2500 per month with 5% revenue commission when store targets are reached. Work schedule: 5 days per week, including 4 weekend days per month (rotating schedule available).
