Short-Term Rental Cleaning Contractor – Scrubix SolutionsWe are seeking reliable, detail-oriented independent contractors to perform short-term rental turnover cleanings. Duties, responsibilities, and expectations may vary depending on the property and the client's needs.Responsibilities:Duties & ResponsibilitiesPerform full STR turnover cleanings between guest staysClean and sanitize all areas, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living spacesMake beds and stage the home according to the provided setup standardsSweep, mop, vacuum, and dust all surfacesRestock supplies (toiletries, paper products, linens, if applicable)Remove trash and replace linersConduct detailed inspections to ensure the property is guest-readyReport any damages, maintenance issues, or missing itemsFollow established cleaning checklists and property-specific instructionsMaintain punctuality to meet same-day turnover deadlinesQualifications:Required Skills & ExperienceSTR / Airbnb Turnover Experience (Preferred): Understanding of fast-paced cleaning with attention to guest expectationsAttention to Detail: Ability to spot small issues that impact guest experienceTime Management: Ability to complete cleanings efficiently within set timeframesHospitality Mindset: Understanding that cleanliness directly impacts reviews and bookingsFloor Care: Experience cleaning various flooring types (hardwood, tile, carpet, etc.)Deep Cleaning Knowledge: Ability to perform periodic deep cleans when neededCommunication: Ability to report issues clearly and promptlyReliability: Consistent attendance and ability to handle scheduled jobsAdditional ExpectationsMust have reliable transportationMust have access to a smartphone for communication and job detailsAbility to work flexible hours, including weekends and peak seasonsMaintain a professional and respectful attitude when working in client homesAbout Company:Scrubix Solutions is a professional cleaning company based in Colorado Springs, specializing in short-term rental (Airbnb/VRBO) turnovers, deep cleanings, residential services, and move-out cleans.
