Finance Manager

*Overview* We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Finance Manager to lead our financial operations and drive fiscal excellence across the organization. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in accounting principles, financial management, and industry-specific regulations, empowering them to steer financial initiatives with confidence and precision. *Duties* * Lead the preparation and interpretation of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles), IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards), and IAS (International Accounting Standards). * Oversee corporate accounting functions including general ledger management, account reconciliation, accounts payable and receivable, and cost control measures. * Develop and maintain detailed financial projection models to support strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and risk analysis initiatives. * Manage treasury functions such as cash flow analysis, investment management, and risk mitigation strategies to optimize liquidity and fiscal health. * Ensure regulatory reporting requirements are met accurately and timely for governmental agencies and industry regulators. * Supervise a team of finance professionals, fostering leadership in financial analysis, data analytics tools utilization, and industry best practices. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams on business development projects, revenue management strategies, and cost accounting initiatives to enhance profitability. *Requirements* * Proven experience in financial management or finance directorship roles within diverse industries; experience in non-profit accounting is a plus. * Strong knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, IAS standards, and industry-specific financial regulations. * Expertise in corporate finance, risk management, budget development, and strategic planning. * Proficiency with accounting systems, financial software, Excel data analysis tools, and data analytics platforms. * Demonstrated ability to develop complex financial models including forecasting tools and financial report writing. * Excellent analytical skills with the capacity for detailed account analysis, balance sheet reconciliation, cash flow analysis, and general ledger accounting. * Leadership qualities that inspire team collaboration while managing multiple priorities effectively. * Exceptional communication skills for interpreting financial reports clearly for stakeholders at all levels.
