Industry Territory Manager (Sales)

Amatrol, the global leader in technical training solutions, is seeking an experienced Industry Territory Manager to grow commercial and industrial sales within an assigned geographic territory. This role is responsible for driving new revenue, strengthening distributor performance, and managing key customer relationships across industrial and workforce development markets. Key Responsibilities Drive Commercial Revenue Develop and execute a territory sales strategy aligned with company goals. Build and manage accurate sales pipelines and forecasts. Meet annual revenue targets across hardware, software, and service offerings. Identify new business opportunities and expand presence in underdeveloped markets. Manage Distributor Performance Serve as primary field contact for authorized distributors. Support distributors promoting Amatrol, DAC Worldwide, and Bayport Technical products. Develop annual distributor growth plans and customer targeting strategies. Monitor performance, forecasting accuracy, and customer engagement. Recommend and support corrective actions when needed. Develop and Maintain Customer Relationships Manage key, strategic, and multi‑location customer accounts. Coordinate internal teams to ensure consistent delivery and customer satisfaction. Support pricing, contract negotiations, and long‑term customer agreements. Support High‑Value Sales Opportunities Participate in major presentations, negotiations, and strategic discussions. Host customer visits at Amatrol headquarters. Represent Amatrol at industry events, conferences, and trade shows. Cross‑Functional Collaboration Work closely with Marketing, Product Development, Engineering, and Operations. Provide market insights to support new product development and go‑to‑market strategies. Ensure compliance with internal policies and ethical standards. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (technical background preferred). 5–8 years of industrial sales, technical sales, or workforce development experience. Proven success managing a territory and working with distributor networks. Strong knowledge of industrial automation and technical training markets. Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills. Strong analytical and forecasting abilities. Highly organized, accountable, and self‑motivated. Why Join Amatrol?
