This role is ideal for a licensed architect (RA) with proven experience delivering NYC public agency projects.Key ResponsibilitiesLead project development from concept through construction administration, ensuring compliance with NYC codes and public agency requirements.Manage design and documentation processes using AutoCAD and Revit/BIM, maintaining a high level of detail and accuracy.Oversee junior staff, providing guidance on technical execution and project coordination.Navigate NYC zoning, building codes, Local Law 11, and ADA regulations to ensure project compliance.Manage project budgets and schedules while coordinating with consultants, contractors, and client representatives.Interface with NYC and state agencies, demonstrating a strong understanding of public sector project requirements.Minimum RequirementsRegistered Architect (RA) in NY. At least 10 years of experience in architectural design and project management.Direct experience with NYC and/or NY State public agency projects is required. K-12/Higher Education experience is strongly preferred.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit/BIM, Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite.Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Education: Bachelor's Degree in Architecture View your Application History
