SAP BRIM Accounts Receivable Location: Santa Clara, CA (Hybrid) Rate: $100/HR to $110/HR MAX A SAP BRIM AR Billing and Revenue Innovation Management Accounts Receivable consultant focuses on the financial aspects of SAP BRIM specifically managing customer accounts billing and collections. This role involves implementing, configuring, and supporting the FICA Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable module within SAP BRIM to handle high-volume billing and payment processes. Key Responsibilities Analyze complex business challenges and propose effective SAP BRIM solutions. Lead cross-functional issue resolution and collaborate with stakeholders to address business needs. Conduct workshops to gather requirements and document business processes. Design and configure SAP BRIM components to meet specific business requirements. Prepare solution demos and present functionalities to Business/IT stakeholders. Lead and execute all phases of testing: Unit, Integration, E2E, QA, UAT, and Performance. Develop comprehensive test scenarios and scripts. Manage cutover, go-live, and post-go-live activities. Create training and knowledge transfer documentation for implemented functionalities. Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting. Contribute to program management and lead BRIM implementation projects from design to deployment. Work in Pacific Time Zone and coordinate with teams in Asia/EMEA as needed. Stay current with the latest SAP BRIM technologies and best practices. Required Skills & Experience Subject Matter Expert (SME) in SAP BRIM modules: Subscription Billing, Revenue Management, Convergent Charging (CC), Convergent Invoicing (CI), and S/4HANA. 15+ years of experience in SAP Quote-to-Cash processes, including 5+ years in SAP BRIM implementations. Deep expertise in Accounts Receivable, Billing, Invoice-to-Cash, and GL posting processes. Strong hands-on experience in customizing billing plans and designing creative solutions. Proven ability to integrate CI/CC/FICA with S/4HANA and other SAP modules. Experience across full SAP implementation lifecycle: requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and deployment. Proficiency in configuring and designing solutions across SAP BRIM components: SOM, CC, CI, CM, and FICA. In-depth understanding of revenue models: subscription billing, usage-based billing, overage charges, and burn-down models. Experience with complex rate structures, charge plans, and real-time rating scenarios. Strong knowledge of CI's role in invoice creation and integration with BRIM. Familiarity with FICA functionalities for contract management and financial postings. Integration experience with CRM, CPQ, CLM, EMS, middleware, and non-SAP systems. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of Agile methodology is a plus. Education & Certifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Communications, or a related field. SAP BRIM and SAP Sales & Distribution module certifications preferred.
