Title: Temp Color MatcherLocation: Atlanta, GAShift: 8:00am to 4:30pmOverview:Resources would utilize computer software to generate ink formulas. Those formulas would then be weighed into a small jar using a balance and then mixed in a cetrifugal mixer. The mixed ink is then printed on a proofing machine. Once the print is dry the print will be read back into the color matching software using a spectrophotometer. If additions are needed to move the printed sample into compliance, the process is repeated. Once the color is matched within specification, the formula will be entered into formulary database and samples will be labeled, formulas printed, and color match closed. Repeat for all colors.This is not a manual labor position. It is needed to know if the resources can work safely, and follow a detailed process to produce best results. Resources will need capacity to learn and retain information and work skillfully with the equipment required.Minimum Qualifications:Strong computer/office skills.Attention to detail.Standing for 8 hours.Simple hand dexterity.Good Computer skills: Excel, Email, CRM/Database High School graduate or equivalent with Chemistry degree or minor scientific interest.Drug screen and background check are mandatory if you are offered this position.
