Facility seeking full and part-time Trauma and Emergency General Surgeons- Full-time: 14 days/month (1-2 blocks), includes in-house and backup call shifts- Part-time: 7 days/month with full-time benefits- 100% Acute Care (no elective surgery)- Cover trauma alerts, EGS consultations, and provide backup for airway alerts- Round on 12-bed STICU, step-down unit, and med/surg floors- On-site clinic 1 day/week (APP coverage, surgeon support as needed)- 24/7 APP coverage- 1,600+ trauma patients/year, 95% blunt trauma- 500+ trauma & EGS cases/year- ED volume: 50,000/year- Cerner EMR transitioning to Epic in Fall 2025- Compensation:- Competitive salary (up to $540K total for 14 days/month)- $24K quality incentive, $5K CME allowance- $50K sign-on bonus, $10K relocation reimbursement- Comprehensive benefits (health, dental, life, vision, disability, retirement)- Requirements: PA License, BC in General Surgery and Surgical Critical Care, ATLS, ACLS, PALS
