Clinical Dietician

Clinical Dietitian We are looking for a Clinical Dietitian to join our care team and support patients through evidence-based nutrition care. In this role, you'll work closely with clinical teams to assess, treat, and monitor patients' nutritional needs across diverse populations. Deliver Clinical Nutrition Care Assess, interpret, and document patients' nutritional status Perform nutrition-focused physical exams Develop and implement individualized nutrition care plans Monitor progress and adjust interventions based on outcomes Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient goals Provide culturally competent, age-specific care across the lifespan Educate & Support Educate patients, caregivers, and healthcare staff on: Therapeutic diets Nutrition support Strategies to improve or maintain nutrition status Specialty Support (Infant Nutrition) Support infant formula preparation when assigned Calculate and individualize formula to meet specific nutritional needs Contribute to Patient Experience Support initiatives that improve patient satisfaction and service quality Demonstrate strong communication and teamwork Stay Current & Grow Professionally Keep up with the latest nutrition research and apply it in practice Participate in quality improvement efforts Support department goals and take on additional responsibilities as needed What You'll Need Education Bachelor's degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or related field (required) Master's degree (preferred) ACEND-accredited program completion required Experience 1-2 years of experience preferred Certifications & Licensure Registered Dietitian (CDR) Illinois Dietitian License (IDFPR) Must obtain both within 6 months of hire Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics membership (preferred) Technical Skills EPIC and/or similar EMR systems Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) Basic computer and keyboarding skills Foodservice software experience (a plus) Our Commitment Rooted in our Mission and Core Values, we honor the dignity of every person and recognize the unique perspectives, experiences, and talents each colleague brings.
