Schedule Reporting Analyst

OverviewFWI is building a team to support the US Census Bureau's 2030 Decennial Census lifecycle by establishing, maintaining, and managing an Integrated Master Schedule across 100+ projects spanning multiple years. As a Schedule Reporting Analyst, you will design and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that extract schedule data from Oracle Primavera and Microsoft Project Server to deliver actionable insights to all levels of Census Bureau management.FWI has been recognized as a Top Workplace by the Washington Post in 2024 and 2025, offering excellent growth opportunities in a collaborative environment.Position is contingent upon contract award**Work Schedule and Location:Onsite: This full-time position will work Monday through Friday during core hours of 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM EST at USCB Headquarters in Suitland, MD. Some hybrid work may be authorized.Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that give Census Bureau leadership clear visibility into schedule performance Extract, transform, and analyze schedule data from Oracle Primavera, Primavera Data Warehouse, and Microsoft Project Server Develop and maintain database tables and views to support schedule reporting and analytics Deliver earned value reports and schedule performance metrics for programs and projects upon request Support integration of schedule data with other Decennial reporting systems including budget, CPIC/E300, and performance measurement platforms Respond to ad hoc data requests from project and program stakeholders with accurate, timely extracts and analysis Continuously improve report design and data presentation to meet the needs of all levels of management Troubleshoot data and reporting issues across schedule tools and platforms Required Qualifications Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Professional Certificate – REQUIRED Demonstrated experience creating reports in Power BI Understanding of creating tables and views using data from Primavera, Primavera Data Warehouse, and Microsoft Project Server Experience with data extraction, warehousing, and dashboard development in Federal Government environments FWI is an Equal Opportunity Employer, including disability/vets.
