Shift Schedules & Compensation We offer competitive pay rates and multiple shift options. Overtime is required as needed. 2nd and 3rd shifts are a priority at this time. Shift Hours Pay Rate 1st Shift Monday – Friday (6:30 AM – 2:30 PM) $22.50/hr 2nd Shift Monday – Friday (2:30 PM – 10:30 PM) $24.30/hr ($22.50 + 8% diff) 3rd Shift Sunday – Thursday (10:30 PM – 6:30 AM) $24.30/hr ($22.50 + 8% diff) Key Responsibilities Machine Operation: Set up and operate CNC laser cutting machines and other fabrication equipment. Quality Control: Perform frequent inspections of finished parts to ensure they meet blueprints and technical specifications. Material Handling: Load and unload raw materials (steel/aluminum) and finished goods using appropriate equipment. Maintenance: Perform basic preventative maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery to minimize downtime. Safety First: Adhere to all safety protocols, including the use of PPE and maintaining a clean, organized workspace. Qualifications Previous experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment (Laser or CNC experience preferred). Ability to read and interpret blueprints or technical drawings. Comfortable using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.). Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs. Strong work ethic and a reliable attendance record.
