Overview:
In this role you will lead the UX strategy and front-end development for complex software used in defense/aerospace contexts. You'll partner with cross-functional teams to design accessible, responsive React-based interfaces that meet mission-critical requirements. You drive end-to-end UX and front-end delivery, ensuring alignment with standards and user needs in a high-stakes environment. Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and carry out software development activities across the lifecycle
- Design, develop, test, and debug software solutions for business/mission problems
- Document, correct, and optimize program code; prepare operating instructions and user documentation
- Ensure compliance with software standards and apply relevant hardware/software knowledge
