Job Title: Python Backend Engineer Location: Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid-Final interview is F2F-Need local candidate only) Duration: Long term contract Key Skills: Python Backend, workflow orchestration systems (Temporal), CI/CD, Docker/Kubernetes Job Description: Bachelors' degree with 10+ years of experienceStrong hands-on experience in Python-based backend/service developmentExposure to workflow orchestration systems (Temporal preferred)Proven experience building and operating scalable microservices in productionSolid understanding of distributed systems concepts (retries, idempotency, fault tolerance)Comfortable working with Docker and Kubernetes in a production environmentExperience designing and debugging long-running, workflow-driven processesAbility to work across both application and infrastructure layersFamiliarity with Kubernetes deployments, observability, and asynchronous processing
