Maintenance Technician

LCS Senior Living - 21700 Bellaire Blvd - Responsibilities: Perform general maintenance duties, such as fixing wall covers, floor covers and some furniture and fixtures; light plumbing work, minor electrical repair and appliance repairs; Perform painting and refurbishing projects, as directed by supervisor; Perform routine preventive maintenance, as directed by supervisor; Perform minor building and equipment repairs; Assist, during winter, with snow removal efforts as necessary
