For more information, please visit fluenceenergy.com.Job DescriptionRole OverviewThe Director of Enterprise Transformation and Strategic Initiatives will lead the Fluence Transformation Team and serve as the central execution engine across Enterprise Operations. Reporting to the VP of Enterprise Quality, Risk, Operational Excellence, and NP2M, this role is responsible for translating strategy into coordinated, cross-functional execution across the value chain to ensure initiatives are aligned, governed, and delivering measurable business impact.This role partners across Transformation, IT, Product, Commercial, Supply Chain, Quality, and Delivery to drive execution discipline, remove barriers, and accelerate outcomes tied to margin improvement, execution predictability, and scalable growth.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, develop, and manage the Fluence Transformation Team, with direct reporting responsibilityEstablish the Transformation Team as the central execution layer for Enterprise Operations initiativesDrive accountability, execution discipline, and delivery consistency across all transformation effortsLead execution of Enterprise Operations priorities, including AI-enabled operating model deployment, pricing transformation, NP2M rollout, and quality, risk, and operational excellence initiativesTranslate leadership priorities into structured programs, actionable plans, and measurable outcomesEnsure alignment across end-to-end value streams, including Quote-to-Contract, Design-to-Manufacture, and Order-to-RevenueMaintain an integrated transformation portfolio across Enterprise Operations, IT, and business functionsEstablish and lead governance forums, including steering committees, portfolio reviews, and executive operating cadenceTrack progress, risks, and dependencies, ensuring early issue identification and clear escalation with actionable recommendationsPartner with IT and business leaders to embed AI into core processes and transformation programsSupport identification, prioritization, and execution of high-value AI use cases aligned with Fluence systems and data architectureAlign and influence stakeholders across Product, Commercial, IT, Supply Chain, Quality, and DeliveryRemove barriers and lead structured problem-solving on critical operational issues impacting margin, quality, and delivery performanceDevelop executive-ready materials such as transformation updates, portfolio dashboards, and decision frameworksTranslate complex initiatives into clear insights to support leadership decision-makingPartner with Change Management to ensure adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of workingReinforce standardization, execution discipline, and organizational alignment across Enterprise OperationsRequired Qualifications And Experience10–15+ years of experience in transformation leadership, strategy and operations, management consulting, or enterprise program leadershipProven track record leading large-scale, cross-functional transformation initiativesExperience working across technology, operations, and business functionsStrong understanding of enterprise systems, data platforms, and technology-enabled transformationExperience with operating model design, portfolio management, and execution governanceAdditional SkillsStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insightsExceptional stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skillsAbility to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced environmentsExecutive-level communication and storytelling abilitiesStrong program and portfolio management expertiseDemonstrated ability to drive accountability, execution discipline, and resultsOur CultureAt Fluence, our culture is the foundation that drives our ambitious growth strategy and fuels our mission to transform the future of energy.
