My client is seeking a skilled Training Coordinator to spearhead their employee development strategy, driving initiatives aligned with the business's goals and training budget.Duties & ResponsibilitiesWhat You'll Need:Education & Certification: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Development and a Certificate in Skills Development Facilitator (SDF) Qualification are essential.Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with SETA and OFO Codes, with prior experience in AgriSETA and/or FoodBev being advantageous.Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a Training Coordinator or SDF role, with a strong understanding of Skills Development Acts (SDA, SLA, B-BBEE, EEA).Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, coupled with proficiency in planning, organizing, and executing training programs.Technical Proficiency: Computer literacy in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and familiarity with SAGE 300 Training Module.Package & RemunerationR 35 000 - R 40 000 - MonthlyJ-18808-Ljbffr
