Operating as a close-knit, supportive organization, they offer a high-autonomy environment where sales professionals have the freedom to run their territory like an independent business while backed by strong factory resources.Job Description: Hunt for New Business: Spearhead outbound prospecting efforts within the Northeast corridor, actively identifying and securing new opportunities with medical device manufacturers, lab automation integrators, and industrial machine builders rather than relying on commodity retail accounts.Serve as a Technical Partner: Act as the primary technical contact for prospective clients, running deep-dive discovery calls and leveraging internal field application engineers to solve complex integration challenges and secure high-value, long-term embedded contracts.Cultivate High-Value Relationships: Manage and expand a diverse portfolio of direct accounts and value-added resellers, maintaining deep customer intimacy through frequent on-site visits, hands-on demonstrations, and collaborative support.Requirements:5+ years of experience in direct technical equipment sales (hardware background preferred), with a proven track record of handling long, complex sales cycles and navigating embedded technology requirements.Proven "Hunter" DNA: You are a self-starter who thrives on active prospecting and bringing in new business, not just servicing existing accounts; you possess the ability to operate with high autonomy and minimal corporate oversight.Strategic & Technical Proficiency: You have the ability to translate technical specifications into value for engineers and operations teams, with relevant industry exposure in areas such as medical devices, lab automation, robotics, or automotive test equipment.Location: This is a remote role requiring a candidate based in the Northeast corridor (Boston to Maryland) with the ability to travel 30% for client visits and trade shows.Job #5723Base Salary: $65,000 - $75,000Total Comp: $100,000 +
