Customer Service Specialist - Itasca, ILSalary: $55,000 – $60,000 Annually We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our fast-growing car parts distribution center. We offer competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401(k) with company match.What You’ll DoPromptly respond to emails and phone calls from customers, suppliers, and internal employeesReceive, organize, and send out shipping documents i.e., invoices/receipts, tracking information and shipping/return labelsProvide dealerships with product pricing, quotations, and lead times for automotive partsCoordinate with purchasing and inventory teams when parts are low or unavailableProcess invoices, claims, debits, and credits and enter purchase and sale ordersCommunicate with customers regarding the status of ordersWhat We’re Looking ForHigh school diploma or equivalent2+ years of administrative or customer service experienceStrong capability to handle multiple cases while prioritizing effectively in a fast-paced settingBasic computer skills, including email, word processing, and spreadsheetsCorporate Resources, on behalf of our client located in Itasca, IL, is hiring a full-time, permanent Customer Service Specialist.
