A company is looking for a Technical Scrum Master who combines Agile/Scrum practices with a solid technical foundation.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as Scrum Master for Agile teams delivering complex technical solutions
Facilitate Agile ceremonies and manage team dynamics to improve performance
Coach teams on Agile best practices and track Agile metrics for continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
6-10+ years of overall IT experience with 3+ years as a Scrum Master in technical teams
Strong hands-on experience with software development teams (web, cloud, APIs, microservices)
Solid understanding of SDLC, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and modern engineering practices
Proven experience in Agile/Scrum frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
Ability to work with distributed and cross-functional teams
