Our team of 500+ dedicatedemployees share the desire to do meaningful work and make a differencein the lives of individuals with disabilities in Massachusetts,Connecticut, New York, Rhode Island, and Oklahoma. \*\*\$500 sign onbonus (\$250 at the completion of first week of training and \$250 aftersuccessful completion of first 90 days)\*\* Position: Life SkillsSupport Professional 1 - Full Time Location: West Springfield, MA Rateof Pay: \$22.00 per hour Hours: 35 hours per week Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am-3:30pm Summary: Work directly with and alongside adultswith disabilities and developmental delays on social and communicationskills, activities of daily living, and building esteem. Organize,coordinate, implement, and structure activity units to provide suchopportunities for program members. Assist with personal care andparticipation in community activities. Provide support and training tomembers in accordance with ISP goals and objectives. Individuals withdirect care, residential care, human services, day program, and DDSexperience strongly encouraged to apply! Qualifications: HighSchool/Hi-SET required with at least one year of human serviceexperience, or associate\'s degree in related field and 0-1 year ofexperience preferred. Requirements: Basic computer skills with a minimumknowledge of Word and Excel. Must have a valid MA driver\'s license, 3years driving experience, good driving record, use of a vehicle andwillingness to transport participants in personal and/or agency vehicle.Must be able to lift and transfer members up to 150 pounds.
