Intensive In-Community (IIC) TherapistLocation:Ocean CountyJob Type: Part-time (Per Diem)Pay: $70.00 $85.00 per hourWork Setting: In-personPosition SummaryWe are seeking a compassionate and skilled Intensive In-Community (IIC) Therapist to join our team. The IIC will provide therapeutic services to children, adolescents, and families in their homes and communities, using evidence-based practices to promote emotional, behavioral, and relational well-being.This is a flexible, per diem position that allows you to make your own schedule while earning a competitive hourly rate.ResponsibilitiesProvide individual and family therapy in clients homes or community settings.Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based modalities (e.g., TF-CBT, CBT, DBT, Play Therapy).Collaborate with families, case managers, and other service providers to ensure effective care coordination.Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with agency and regulatory standards.QualificationsRequired Licensure: LPC, LMFT, LCSW, LAC, LSW, or LAMFT (New Jersey).Experience: Prior experience providing in-home or community-based therapy to children, adolescents, and families.Skills: Strong clinical assessment, communication, and crisis intervention skills.Familiarity with evidence-based practices such as (e.g., TF-CBT, CBT, DBT, Play Therapy).Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within Monmouth County.BenefitsCompetitive hourly rate ($70$85/hr.).Flexible scheduling set your own hours.Opportunity to make a meaningful impact on youth and families in your community.Supervision for LAC & LSW availableJob Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $70.00 - $85.00 per hourWork Location: In person
