Location: Fort Dodge, IA Start Date: ASAP (1 2 week credentialing) Contract Length: 3 12 months (6 12 months preferred) Employment Type: Locum Tenens (1099) Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM Coverage Type: Scheduled shifts only No call Compensation Pay Rate: $100.00/hr $125.00/hr Travel and lodging provided Practice Details Setting: Outpatient clinic (acute care hospital-affiliated) Average of 16 patients per day Patient population: Ages 5 through adult EMR: EPIC Wisdom Rural community with a large Spanish-speaking population Scope of Work General dentistry procedures including: Fillings Extractions Root canals Crowns 3D printing technology available Complex cases are referred out Requirements Active state license preferred (willing to license for the right candidate) Must be able to treat patients ages 5+ No malpractice claims (required for insurance enrollment) Additional Details Fast credentialing process (as quick as 1 2 weeks) Flexible contract length with extension options Strong support for licensing if needed
