Job OverviewCity Wide Jani is seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Seasonal Snow Removers. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring safe and accessible walkways, back porches, and all other public areas during the winter months by removing snow and ice in a timely and efficient manner. This is a seasonal position with opportunities for flexible hours based on weather conditions.Key Responsibilities:Safely operate snow removal equipment (shovels, snow blowers, etc.)Remove snow from sidewalks and other designated areasApply ice melt to ensure safe walking and driving surfacesMonitor weather conditions to stay prepared for snow removal needsRespond promptly to snowfall or icy conditions as requiredFollow safety procedures to prevent injuries or property damageRequirements:Must have a working cell phone with texting capabilitiesAbility to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including cold, snow, and iceStrong physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks and liftingFlexibility to work early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays as neededReliable transportation to job sites across the city (Preferred but not required)Previous snow removal experience (A plus, but not required)Must be punctual, reliable, and have a strong work ethicBenefits:Competitive pay at $18.00 per hourFlexible scheduling based on weather conditionsOpportunity to gain experience in snow removal and grounds maintenanceJoin City Wide Jani and help keep our city safe and accessible this winter season!City Wide Jani is an equal opportunity employer.
