This is a true engineering role-focused on building secure, scalable cloud platforms through automation, not manual console work. You'll design and deliver production-grade AWS and hybrid solutions while partnering closely with security, risk, and engineering teams.What You'll Do Design and implement AWS IAM architectures (roles, policies, guardrails, least-privilege access) Build reusable, automated IAM and infrastructure modules using Terraform and/or AWS CDK Engineer and operate Kubernetes platforms (AWS EKS, Rancher) Develop CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, Harness) with testing, approvals, and drift detection Deliver cloud and hybrid infrastructure using fully code-driven approaches Support integrations between AWS and on-prem environments Partner with security and audit teams to ensure compliant, evidence-ready controlsWhat You Bring Strong hands-on experience with AWS IAM and cloud platform engineering Deep experience with Kubernetes (EKS) and container platforms Proven expertise in Terraform (CDK a plus) Experience building and owning CI/CD pipelines Programming/scripting skills (Python, TypeScript, Go, or Bash) Background working in regulated, audit-driven environmentsNice to Have Policy-as-code and automated guardrails Hybrid identity integrations Experience with internal developer platforms or large-scale migrationsHow You Work Code-first, automation-driven mindset Ownership from design through production Security built into everything you deliverIf you are an engineer who builds platforms as code, automates everything, and thrives in complex AWS environments, this role is built for you.#dice
