The ideal candidate is a strategic leader who can translate high‐level mission objectives into actionable, human‐centered programs that deliver measurable outcomes. You will serve as a trusted advisor to government stakeholders, guiding program execution while driving innovation, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across multiple projects and teams.This position requires a deep understanding of healthcare environments, strong program governance experience, and the ability to operate effectively within large, matrixed organizations.Minimum RequirementsMaster's degree in a relevant fieldProject Management Professional (PMP) certificationMinimum 10 years of experience supporting large corporations or government agenciesDemonstrated experience planning, initiating, managing, executing, and closing complex programsProven ability to manage programs within integrated healthcare systemsStrong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skillsPreferred Qualifications5+ years of experience managing Healthcare Technology Management (HTM) or similar healthcare‐related programs5+ years supporting VHA or similarly large healthcare systems (e.g., systems with 15+ medical centers)10+ years of experience in healthcare environments relevant to program objectivesFamiliarity with VISN structures, VA medical center operations, and federal healthcare program requirementsExperience driving innovation, digital transformation, or process improvement initiatives in healthcare settingsBenefits (including but not limited to)Health, dental, and vision plansOptional FSAPaid parental leaveSafe Harbor 401(k) with employer contributions 100% vested from day 1Paid time off and 11 paid holidaysNo cost group term life/AD&D plan, and optional supplemental coveragePet insuranceMonthly phone and internet stipendTuition and training reimbursement$120,000 - $135,000 a yearThis range is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as Trilogy Federal conducts an individual equity review for every candidate based on experience, location, education, industry experience, and comparisons to internal pay bands.
