Maintenance Administration Specialist (Logs and Records)Job DescriptionACET is seeking a Maintenance Administration Specialist (Logs and Records)Responsibilities Maintains and manages aircraft logs, records, and historical files in accordance with CNAFINST 4790.2, NAMP, and local procedures. Ensures accuracy and completeness of OOMA entries, maintenance actions, inspections, component removals and installations, and associated documentation. Performs audits of maintenance documentation to ensure compliance with quality assurance and records management standards. Tracks scheduled inspections, component life limits, and due requirements and coordinates with Maintenance Control, QA, and work centers for timely action. Reviews maintenance actions for proper documentation and support of safe-for-flight certification processes. Prepares reports and metrics related to aircraft readiness, discrepancies, and maintenance status, as assigned. Supports QA audits, inspections, and program compliance reviews. Maintains filing systems and records in accordance with records retention and document control requirements.Requirements Minimum of 3 to 5 years aviation maintenance administration or logs and records experience. Strong working knowledge of OOMA and maintenance documentation systems is required. Familiarity with CNAFINST 4790.2 and NAMP documentation requirements is required. High attention to detail and data accuracy is required. U.S. citizen and must obtain and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC); Secret clearance is preferred based on assignment. Must be able to read, interpret, and apply maintenance publications, directives, and forms relevant to logs and records administration.Physical Requirements Must be able to work in office, hangar, and flight line support environments. Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods, as required. Must be able to lift and handle files, binders, and office materials up to 25 pounds. Travel may be required.
