Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.Continuously develop product and sales acumen to become the vehicle authority. Know the "ins and the outs" of product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies.Nurture enriching relationships to build clientele for lifePerform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new vehicles.Ability to accurately and efficiently process/sign all legally required paperworkCollaborate with the Finance Department to present and sell financing options and a full complement of F&I products to cash, finance, and leasing clientsFollow-up with buyers to ensure successful referral business.Learn to overcome objections and thrive within sales situations.Leverage CRM and DMS dealership systems to track sales leads and customer follow up activitiesReport directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.Bring your 'A game' along with a positive attitude to work with you every single day.Perform other duties as assigned by management Qualifications:Self-starter mentality and ambitious spiritSomeone who is punctual with excellent time management skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAdvanced negotiation, selling, and closing skillsAbility to adapt to the ever-changing sales environment and customer demandsMust be able to multi-task while being detailed orientedProficiency with various industry software including the Dealership Management Software (DMS), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Software, and othersSomeone who thrives in a progressive process driven environmentProfessional, well-groomed personal appearanceAcceptable driving record and valid driver's license Education and Experience:High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.Previous sales/customer experiencePrevious Experience working in a dealership (a plus)
