Role Description This contract role is for a Medical Practice Manager who will oversee daily operations of the clinic onsite at Health Wellness Medical Astoria PLLC in New York, NY. Key responsibilities include managing staff, ensuring smooth workflow, implementing operational policies, and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations. The Medical Practice Manager will oversee patient satisfaction, coordinate scheduling, handle financial oversight, and ensure efficient communication between departments while fostering a positive organizational culture. Qualifications Strong leadership and team management skills, including staff training, delegation, and performance evaluation.Proficiency in practice management software and medical billing systems, and familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements and healthcare operations.Ability to manage budgets, financial reporting, and accurate record-keeping.Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making abilities.Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with staff, providers, and patients.Prior experience in a healthcare management role is preferred.
