Aspirion maintains a strong partnership with Linden Capital Partners, serving as our trusted private equity sponsor.We are seeking an entry level Staff Assistant II to support the Aspirion team by handling all administrative responsibilities, including but not limited to incoming mail and document retrieval procedures. Responsible for maintaining HIPAA compliant, clean, and safe workspace.Key ResponsibilitiesConsistently demonstrates Aspirion's values, portraying positive, respectful, and collaborative interpersonal skillsDocuments incoming mail in CompassAccesses and retrieves medical records and related client correspondences from client systemsSecurely uploads and documents medical records and related client correspondences to CompassEnsures the accuracy and completeness of all documentation uploadedWorks closely with account owners to ensure timely processing of accountsMaintains working knowledge of and adherence to internal and external Process and ProtocolsSecurely maintains personal credentials (username and password) for internal and external systemsAdheres to HIPAA compliance rules and regulationsReports any violations relating to company policy protocolEscalates issues to ManagerComplete other projects and tasks, as needed and/or requestedRequirementsFamiliarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and data managementWrite grammatically correct routine business correspondenceAbility to stay organized with strong focus on attention to detailAbility to problem-solve, prioritize duties and follow-through completely with assigned tasksAbility to work in a fast-paced environment while remaining calm and professionalAbility to multi-task, effectively switching between tasks as requiredProficiency in Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word, and ExcelEducation and ExperienceHigh School education or equivalent requiredSome college coursework in Health/Business Administration preferredPrevious experience handling medical records or related data is preferredBenefitsAt Aspirion we invest in our employees by offering a full benefits package, including health, dental, vision and life insurance upon hire, matching 401k, competitive salaries, advancement opportunities, and incentive programs.The US base pay range for this position starts at $18.00 hourly. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors including, but not limited to, job-related skills, experience, education, training, licensure or certifications obtained. Market, location and organizational factors are also considered.
