The ideal candidate for this position will have strong leadership skills, be able to effectively manage a team of employees, and have excellent problem-solving and communication skills. The Shift Leader will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the shift, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and that customer service standards are met. Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate the activities of employees in a shift. Ensure that all safety regulations are followed. Train and evaluate employees on their performance. Monitor employee attendance and work hours. Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain records of employee performance and attendance. Ensure that all shift operations are running smoothly.
