We're looking for a Program Supervisor to join our TSCF team-a leader who can mentor staff, manage day-to-day operations, and uphold the highest standards of care for youth in crisis. In this role, you will support a team of Residential Counselors, ensure smooth facility operations, and help children feel seen, safe, and supported during a critical time in their lives. It's a hands-on leadership opportunity to make a lasting impact.We are currently offering a sign on bonus for this position.
